Been using it for months, great for throwing together a quick list on game nights, quick stats reference, and playing around with different troop choices.

The app itself is ok, however the data repository itself leaves a lot to be desired. The point values on many of the armies are off, and there is no way to fix it on the site that hosts the repository nor is there any place on the app itself to correct the incorrect point values. Having incorrect point values makes this app worthless.

Problem the moment I tried to create a list. 1st thing I clicked, HQ, to add a character and got some error telling me it couldnt save the roster before I even created it. Not sure how I get a save error before theres a roster to save. The error message kept flashing, I couldnt hit the ok button the clear it. All I could do is delete the app and reinstall. Managed to create a roster went to make another and got the same error. This time I just closed the app for a few mins and the error stopped flashing but wont go away after hitting ok. Have to delete again, losing the 1st roster. Waste of money. Refund please.

Good app but it needs updated with recent armies eldar have been out for a while and still dont have new points

Since Ive purchased this app, Ive found that when I try to download an update and make an army list, the app freezes up on me and Im forced to delete it. Then when I try to download a new update, instead of adding new units, it takes away the most recently added units, like the Knight-Castigator. And now when theyve updated it again the app has gone back to freezing up whenever I try to make an army list. Its been an incredibly frustrating experience which has lasted days, and Im not at all pleased with it. This app absolutely was NOT worth what I paid for it.

This is a great app to create, edit, and send lists for games like Warhammer 40k, fantasy, etc. updated with regularity and a community that keeps lists up to date.

This has been such a handy app for creating lists, I use it all the time. If an idea hits me I can write it up in minutes to see how it balances out. Would be nice if it had a direct print feature. Its also updated frequently, which is appreciated. Thanks for providing and maintaining this great tool!

Though the app is designed for mobile devices, its compressing the desktop workflow into a smaller space and requires a lot of back and forth to find pertinent information. Printing is nice and welcome, but a lexicon for a battle force doesnt make having it easier outside of initial analysis of forces to be deployed. Upgrades and option for units in RRT dont appear or dont allow me to select some of the basic setups nor are alerts regarding what cant happen, very thorough. With regard to RRT ,there is a lot of room for improvement and this app seems counterintuitive, or at least impractical compared to the pace and design of the game.

Its a great app and a must have for making army lists.

This app is great for not only building your army, but also for quick access to rules and stats in the middle of the game. Being able to link my iPad, iPhone, and Laptop rosters via Dropbox is such a time saver.

Perfect app for any wargamming player. Great app, and keeps getting better. This app is constantly updated to add better features and layout. Performance of the app is great as well.

This app is absolutely perfect! The free version is fine, but because I appreciate all the work that went into this app, I wanted to thank the developer with my dollars. The Dropbox integration makes it very easy to work with files that have been saved on the desktop version. Buy this app, utilize all the pro features and feel free to modify with the free version on the desktop. But for $11 bucks, why not go pro there also!? Nitty gritty, this is the only roster builder you will need. Rules, unit cost, And it even lets you now when your roster is invalid. Yes, these are all things that competitors have but this is laid out so well and its half the price. Thats more dollars for plastic crack and less monopoly in a monopolized market.

Just purchased pro because free was so good. Looking forward to naming favorite units for quick recall. Interface is great and easy, supports multiple games, data regularly updated. This is a must have for any wargammer. The only thing Id love would be the ability to print from the iPad.

Why did I buy this if its not going to be updated to play the current files?

While I know people that seem to love this app, for ME it is utter garbage! I bought the "pro" version of this app but am still plagued with advertisements. There is apparently no way to register (if thats even needed) to benefit from the pro version. On top of that, every time I close out of the app, it erases all of my files. I have even attempted u installing and reinstalling this app. Purchase at your own risk!

Great app. Just a few minor issues, here and there. I only play Warhammer 40k and Warmahordes, so I can only speak to the app as it concerns those games. Pros: - Easy to learn user interface. - Accurate values for army list building. - Quick response from developer team regarding bugs and estimated fix times. - Great convenience having access to accurate army lists on mobile devices such as phones and tablets. Also being able to create lists on the fly. Cons - The developer sells the software separately for desktop and mobile devices. Theres an explanation on their website for this; however, it just seems like a jerk move. It seems like if someone paid for the software on either device, the developer would be able to provide it to them on the other for no charge. In that regard, I refuse to pay for the same software twice, as Im sure many others would agree. Ill just use Army Builder on my computer for free, thanks. - No Space Wolves for Warhammer 40k: Kill Team. For shame.
